Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.

2. What Personal Data We Process

We only process data that you provide to us yourself:

first and last name
email address
phone number
delivery address (when a work is shipped)
content of our mutual communication

We do not process any sensitive personal data. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

Performance of a contract — processing your order, delivering the work, invoicing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Legitimate interest — responding to inquiries and communicating with potential customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Compliance with legal obligations — retaining accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell it.

4. Data Retention Period

Order-related data — for 5 years from the transaction (tax obligations)
Communication without an order — for a maximum of 1 year from the last contact

5. Recipients of Data

Your data may be shared only to the necessary extent:

with a carrier when a work is delivered (name, address)
with an accountant or tax advisor (invoicing data)

All recipients are bound by confidentiality obligations or have a data processing agreement in place. Personal data of customers (name, address, contact details) is not transferred outside the European Union.

6. Cookies

We use Umami to measure website traffic. It does not use cookies, does not store or read any data on your device, and does not collect personal data. It only gathers anonymous aggregate statistics about how the site is used (number of visits, pages viewed).

Because no data is stored on your device and no personal data is processed, the operation of this tool does not require your consent — which is why this website does not bother you with a cookie banner.

Technical cookies necessary for the operation of the website (e.g. storing your preferences) are not subject to consent.

7. Your Rights

With respect to your personal data, you have the right:

of access — to find out what data we process about you
to rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
to erasure — to request deletion of data once the grounds for processing no longer apply
to restrict processing — in cases set out by law
to data portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable format
to object — to processing based on legitimate interest
